Place the item in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid shipping label we provide, or ship via your preferred carrier to our return centre.
Get Refunded
Once inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 – 7 business days.
Eligible for Return
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return
- Items on final sale or clearance
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards and downloadable products
- Items damaged by the customer
Refund Information
After receiving your return and verifying its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days.
For exchanges, we ship the replacement item once the returned product passes inspection. You will receive a new tracking number via email.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item shipped).
