Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra days in transit for delivery.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We can ship Standard orders to P.O. boxes. Express and Overnight shipping require a physical street address.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
The carrier will attempt delivery and may leave the package at your door, or leave a delivery notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can be made within 1 hour of placing the order. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
